Ask us anything →Toughened (tempered) glass is heat-treated at 680°C then rapidly quench-cooled, compressing the surface and creating internal tension. This makes it 4–5× stronger than ordinary glass. If it does break, it shatters into small, rounded granules rather than sharp shards — significantly reducing injury risk. It is mandatory by law for many applications including shower enclosures, balustrades, and structural glazing.
We manufacture toughened glass from 4mm to 19mm for standard applications. Laminated glass can go up to 40mm composite thickness depending on the interlayer specification. Double glazed units are available in configurations like 6+9A+6, 6+12A+6, and similar. Custom thicknesses are available on request.
Yes. Our CNC line handles any rectilinear or shaped cut — L-shapes, U-shapes, circles, arcs, and complex profiles — plus hole drilling, edge polishing (flat, pencil, bevelled), and notching. Send us your DXF file or a hand-drawn sketch and we'll confirm feasibility and pricing within 24 hours.
We deliver across Maharashtra and neighbouring states using our dedicated glass transport with A-frame racks and foam padding. Our plant sits right on NH-6 at Dharangaon, giving us fast highway access in every direction. For locations further out, contact us — we regularly arrange specialist glass logistics for larger orders.
Our toughened glass is manufactured to IS 2553 (Part 1) standards and carries BIS certification; the plant holds ISO 9001:2015. Test reports for fragmentation, surface compressive stress, and dimensional accuracy are available with every order on request.
